The National Hockey League Playoffs are in full swing and the Detroit Red Wings are resting! That's because they swept their first round Playoff Series 4-0 and are waiting for the next opponent.
Detroit grabbed a #2 seed in the Western Conference with a 50-21-10 record and 121 points overall this season. The Red Wings are gunning for another title this year and the way the playoffs are going so far, it looks like they could be the front runners in that quest.
The Detroit Red Wings have been a dominate force in the league for a long time now, and no one wants to play them right now. ALL HAIL to the Red Wings! My prediction is they might just do it again this year! ALL THE WAY!! GO WINGS!!
